On 17th October 2007, CII-Shiksha conducted a Principals' Meeting of Shiksha schools. The meeting was held at CII Headquarters and was attended by Delhi schools. The agenda of the meeting was to get an update on Shiksha Programme from the participating schools, brief them on new offerings by Shiksha, discuss new Open Source projects being undertaken by Shiksha (with the participating schools). The main highlight of the meeting was the showcasing done by few Shiksha teachers on how they have utilised various Open Source and Web-based offerings of Shiksha to make their teaching-learning more effective.
